How do I make a purchase?
Once you have found the item(s) that you wish to purchase, simply click on the ‘Add to Cart’ icon below the image and the item will be automatically added to your cart. Alternatively, you can click on the product image or title to visit the product page and find all the information you may need. Once you’re happy, simply click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button you see in this page and the item will be added to your cart.
Your cart is permanently on the top right of your screen and it’s constantly updated so that you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your cart before checking out.
When you are ready to complete your order, click simply click on your cart to see a summary of your order, and ‘Secure checkout’ to proceed straight to the checkout process.
How will I know you received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email, within 12 hours of your order being placed. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail filter.
How can I retrieve my order number?
When you place an order, we send an order confirmation email to the email address your account is registered to. This email includes your order number, identified with #.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, If you would like to add an item to an existing order, please call us on the same day you place your order as we aim to do 48 hour delivery. You can also send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org , however calling us on 0109 5049994 ( Available from 9:00 am- 5:00pm) will be easier.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel an order. To do so, please call us on 01095049994 to inform us about the cancellation.

What payment methods does Mintra USA accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa. We also accept cash on delivery.
Are my payments secure and private?
At Mintra, we take care to protect your privacy and secure your information. We will not disclose your personal details to any third parties.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to provide 48 hour delivery for shipments to Cairo and Giza areas. Our courier delivers orders from 12 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday.
However, orders that are places on Thursdays as well as well national holidays can take more time to be delivered
Can I decide to refuse to accept my order on delivery?
Even though we believe you will love our product, if you receive the order and are not satisfied, you can decide to cancel your order upon receipt. A refund will be processed.
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on individual’s bank process.
What are your return & refund policies?
You can return your order up to 14 days after delivery.
A pick-up will be scheduled for someone from our courier to come and inspect the product to make sure it hasn’t been damaged.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Just as our delivery is free of charge, so is our return! If payment was done by cash on delivery you will get you money back in cash. There is a warranty on all our furniture products for one year.
If you believe your product is defected, please email us and attach a picture of the product or contact customer service directly by phone. We will then send a representative to pick up your product and deliver you a replacement one.
